Cancellation Policy

After two-cancellation notice without 12-hour notice, clients must pre-pay for subsequent fill appointments by supplying a credit care number. Clients will be pre-billed for the second and all subsequent appointments on an appointment-by-appointment basis following the second cancellation. Regardless of whether you show up or not. All appointment confirmations are via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 business hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for each appointment that is canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment time.

No-Show Policy

No-show will be billed $50 for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointment will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

All appointments cancellations must be made via telephone; Appointment cancellations through text or email are not accepted.

Guests arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

All service is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
